Returns Accepted within 7 days. must be approved by NPC staff.

1. Factory Fault? Full Refund Offered if Item is faulty. Original label and packaging must be kept for “return to sender”.

2. Item Damaged in Transit? Full Refund offered for damaged item, if item was sent with Registered/insured Shipping option offered in Checkout. Original label and packaging must be kept for “return to sender”.

If item was not sent registered post damage is at buyers risk.

3. Change of mind/bought wrong item? Buyer Pays return Postage, Part Refund offered – Postage it cost us to send to you.
