Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy Returns with in 7 days from item arriving after approval from NPC Staff, buyer pays return postage. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee If there is anything unsatisfactory with your product please let us know politely via email or phone, we will be happy to help resolve any problems.
Factory Fault? = Full Refund Offered if Item is faulty.
Item Damaged in Transit? = Full Refund offered if item was sent with Registered/insured Shipping option offered in Checkout.
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the postage amount will not be refunded, if the item was free post our postage cost to send the product to you will not be refunded

Product descriptions are provided by the manufacture including size, colour, materials item is made from, product packaging etc. For any concerns please contact us before purchase or we can also request updates from the manufacture. We are in Australia, if you are buying from overseas you may have customs or tax charges to pay from your country when receiving your item.

Pool Table Lights:
DO not Book An Electrician until you receive your light. We do not pay for re bookings if i light is late or damaged.
Cue Quality:
We have our cue range divided into different categories to make an easier choice of type and quality.
It is an old myth to roll a cue to see if it is straight,
If you wish to check straightness place the butt on the floor, gently support the cue near the tip and sight along the cue from the tip to the butt.
If you would like a high quality cue that is straight, please look at out “Professional range” under the “cues” category,
Most of the cues will be straight, any cue over $100 is guaranteed and will have the time and money spent to achieve this outcome.

E-Cheque with Pay Pal takes 5-10 working days to clear.

Shipping:
Once full payment has been received, we will ship your products promptly the next available postal day, please allow for weekends and Public Holidays.
Some items have Free Shipping Promotions, Free Shipping is only availbale to Australia.
Shipping prices are Calculated on a “base” price then “per kg” to your state or country, you may add items to your shopping cart and get freight prices while your shopping.
All orders are sent with Australia Post (Regular Post) unless longer than 1.1m. If your not home at time of delivery they will leave a note in your letter box. you can then pick up from your local post office.
Products over 1.1m long are sent with “Star Track Express”, or “Couriers Please”. Freight companies will not deliver to PO Boxes. (Items over 1.1m long cannot be sent Express post) When sent the shipping price is for one delivery only, please provide an address that someone will be there for delivery. (eg: home, work, friend, family, etc).
Product Availability:
Some products are not available for International sale. This will be stated in the product. Only products that can be sent with Australia Post will be sent Internationally.
Some products may be temporarily out of stock. You will be contacted if this occurs.
This may result in: A short delay shipping your order, Or we can put the product on back order, Or give a refund on that product.
