The Neon No.2 collection takes the broad K-Flex Big Wing platform and gives it a high-visibility match-night identity. Neon Pink, Neon Orange and Neon Yellow stand out in a crowded case and remain easy to pick out under venue lighting, while the one-piece moulded construction keeps the setup mechanically simple.
This is not colour for colour’s sake. A clearly identifiable rear section makes it easier to keep matched sets together, spot your darts in tight groups and create a setup that looks intentional from barrel to flight.
Why K-Flex changes the setup
|
No flight drop-outs
The flight and shaft are precision moulded as one component, removing the traditional slot where a separate flight can loosen, split or fall out.
|
True 90-degree geometry
The wings leave the mould at a consistent 90-degree angle and are designed to retain that shape throughout their usable playing life.
|
|
Patented impact movement
Target’s patented twist/flex section is designed to move when contacted by another dart, helping soften heavy deflections and reduce bounce-out pressure in tight groups.
|
Lightweight and durable
The system is engineered to stay light while the flight thickness increases towards the edges to improve long-term durability.

No.2 Big Wing or No.6 Standard?
The broader No.2 Big Wing presents more surface area to the airflow. Players commonly choose it when they want a visibly steadier rear section, more drag and stronger rear lift.
| Flight shape | Airflow feel | Often suits |
|---|---|---|
| No.2 Big Wing | Broader profile, typically more drag and rear lift | Players wanting visible stability or a fuller flight profile |
| No.6 Standard | Slimmer profile, typically less drag and a more direct feel | Players wanting a compact rear section and cleaner grouping space |
Setup note: Flight behaviour also depends on barrel weight, balance point, point length, release speed and throw angle. Use these descriptions as tuning guidance, not a promise that every player will see the same trajectory.
Choose the shaft length around your throw
| Length | What it changes | Useful starting point |
|---|---|---|
| Short — 19mm | Keeps the flight close to the barrel and creates the most compact overall setup. | Players who prefer a short rear section, quick release clearance or a compact dart. |
| Intermediate — 26mm | Balanced middle option between compactness and added rear leverage. | The strongest neutral starting point when you are unsure which length to choose. |
| Medium — 33mm | Moves the flight farther behind the barrel and increases the total setup length. | Players who like more rear extension or want to experiment with added flight leverage. |

A smarter way to tune your darts
- Start with Intermediate 26mm. It gives a neutral baseline before you move shorter or longer.
- Watch the board entry. Do not judge only by feel in the hand—look at the angle and consistency of groups over several visits.
- Change one variable at a time. Keep the same barrel, points and flight shape while testing shaft length.
- Test under pressure. A setup that feels good during loose practice should also clear your fingers and hold its line during doubles and scoring visits.
