The Squidgies Bug combines a meaty prawn-like body, prominent eyes and a tail designed to beat strongly. It can be presented unweighted as a topwater trigger or sent deeper on a jig head, giving one compact profile two very different jobs.
How to choose and fish it
- Fish unweighted when a surface presentation suits the target.
- Use an appropriate jig head to take the lure deeper.
