Born from a passion for adventure and great food, 3099 Jerky was created to produce seriously good jerky using premium Australian beef. Inspired by road trips, mountain trails and long days outdoors, every batch is crafted to deliver bold flavour, satisfying texture and high protein energy.
Australian Grass‑Fed Beef
3099 Jerky is made using premium Australian grass‑fed beef sourced from local cattle raised on open pastures.
These cattle are naturally raised on grass, producing leaner beef with rich flavour and high protein content.
The beef is freshly sliced, marinated for around 24 hours and slowly air‑dried to lock in flavour and create the
perfect jerky texture — tender, satisfying and packed with protein.
